Quality Control Technician
Quality Control Technician:
Job responsibilities may change daily. An outline of responsibilities on the production floor are quality checks against a specification and a standard. The production line, and components used, will be inspected for accuracy before a line can begin manufacturing. We record data from measurements on a QC line audit sheet and inform the line if product running is not meeting the standard. Communicate quality back to production line leaders, management, and QC management.
The QC Technician will also support our commitment to using only clean and sanitary equipment by performing and documenting ATP swabs of product-contact equipment and dispositioning per written specifications. Retention samples will be collected during the beginning, middle, and end of the manufacturing run as well as additional samples used to prepare for microbiology testing.
